Engagement

Services are provided by Valuelytics Inc., Tampa, FL. The scope of your engagement is whatever is written in your proposal or on the service page you bought from. If something is not written down, it is not in scope, and the fix for that is to write it down.

Billing and cancellation

Monthly fees are billed in advance on the same date each month. There is no minimum term. Cancel with fourteen days notice before your next billing date and you will not be billed again. Work already delivered is not refunded, and we do not hold your accounts hostage on the way out.

Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to Google, Meta or the relevant platform on your own payment method. Our management fee is flat and does not change with your spend.

Ownership

You own your domain, your hosting, your website, your ad accounts, your analytics properties and your Google Business Profile. Where we build a website for you, the finished site is yours on final payment.

The Valuelytics platform tools remain ours. Your data inside them is yours, and we will export it for you on request when an engagement ends.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee rankings, lead volume or revenue, because no honest agency can. Search platforms change their algorithms without notice, competitors act independently, and your own operations affect the result more than any marketing does.

We do promise to tell you what we are doing, why, and what it produced, and to say so early when something is not working.

Your responsibilities

Timely access to accounts, timely answers to questions, and accurate information about your business. Most delays in a marketing engagement are content and access delays rather than execution delays.

Where a licence, insurance certificate or background check is required by a platform, keeping those current is your responsibility. We will track expiry dates and remind you.

Liability

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
