New patient acquisition measured by procedure, not by form fill

A cleaning and an implant case are not the same lead, and an agency reporting on form fills cannot tell you which one it produced. We track new patient calls by procedure intent and report on the ones worth having.

What actually goes wrong

The four problems we find in almost every account

Written from real audits rather than from a category description. If none of these apply to you, you probably do not need us.

Lead reports do not distinguish a cleaning from a case

Cost per lead is meaningless when one lead is worth $150 and another is worth $4,500. Call transcripts fix this.

Front desk conversion is unmeasured

New patient calls are won or lost at the front desk. Without transcripts and scoring, nobody knows the booking rate.

Reviews decide the choice and are left to chance

Patients pick on rating, count and recency. Most practices ask inconsistently or not at all.

Insurance questions kill calls

The single most common reason a new patient call ends without booking. It is a scripting problem, and it is fixable.

Software finds the problem. Someone still has to fix the listing, write the page and answer the review.

Straight answers

Dental and med spa, answered

Is call recording a HIPAA problem?

Recording new patient inquiry calls is common practice and is handled with disclosure, restricted access and a business associate agreement where one is required. We will not set up anything your compliance position cannot support, and we would rather have that conversation before signing than after.

Can you target specific procedures?

Yes. Campaigns, landing pages and tracking are built by procedure, so implants, clear aligners, cosmetic and general each get their own page, their own ads and their own reporting.

Do Local Services Ads work for dentists?

Yes, LSA coverage includes dentists, and it puts you above the map pack. The ranking levers are the same: reviews, responsiveness and profile completeness.

We have a corporate marketing team. Can you work alongside them?

Yes. In most DSO situations the gap is local: the profile, the local pages, the reviews and the phone. That is the layer we run.
