WordPress if you or your team will edit the site regularly and you want a visual builder. Next.js if speed, custom schema depth and generating many similar pages from data matter more. We will tell you which one fits, and the honest answer is sometimes the cheaper one.

How long does a build take?
Most local business sites run four to eight weeks depending on page count and how fast content and photos come back. The slow part is almost never the building.
