Real accounts, described honestly

These are anonymized because permission to publish names has not been asked for yet. The work described is exact. Where a number is not published, it is because a client has not approved it, and a made up number would be worth less than nothing.

Case 01 · Pinellas County, Florida

Residential plumbing company

A licensed plumbing company with eleven location pages, a Local Services Ads account and no way to tell which calls were turning into jobs.

What we found

  • Five location pages were each emitting two competing FAQPage blocks, so Google was seeing contradictory markup on the same URL
  • Duplicate BreadcrumbList markup on every page, because the SEO plugin already emitted the canonical version in the head
  • Two location pages had been published with city names that did not exist, left behind by a find and replace across the page set
  • The sitewide LocalBusiness markup carried a hardcoded review count instead of reading the live one
  • A citation audit across twenty one directories found inconsistent name, address and phone data on the majority of them
  • Local Services Ads leads were being charged with no dispute process at all

What we changed

  • Stripped the duplicate FAQPage and BreadcrumbList markup, leaving one clean Service block per location page
  • Rewrote the LocalBusiness markup to read live review count and rating from the Places API, with a visible source comment in the page so the data path can be checked from view source
  • Corrected the invented city names, renamed the slugs and shipped a redirect map so no equity was lost
  • Confirmed the geo coordinates in the markup against the actual Google Business Profile pin
  • Prioritized the citation cleanup into four tiers so the highest-value directories were fixed first
  • Built call recording, transcription and CSR scoring, and wired booked jobs back into Google Ads as offline conversions

What we measure

  • Map rank by grid point across the service area, not one blended number
  • Booking rate per CSR per week, from transcripts
  • Local Services Ads leads disputed and credited
  • Cost per booked job, replacing cost per call

Case 02 · Temple Terrace, Florida

Mediterranean restaurant

A family owned restaurant with strong food, a thin Google presence and no visibility into which menu items were carrying the margin.

What we found

  • Ingredient costs were moving faster than the menu was being repriced, so plate margin was drifting quietly
  • Catering, the highest margin line in the building, had no dedicated page, no profile service entries and no review requests attached to it
  • Competitor promotions and menu changes were being noticed weeks after they happened
  • Reviews were being left unanswered, which reads as inactivity to both customers and Google

What we changed

  • Built a cost intelligence layer tracking key ingredients against USDA and market benchmarks, with alerts on the items that matter
  • Built a weekly competitor intelligence digest covering rank, reviews, posts, promotions and menu moves
  • Set up review request automation timed to the visit, and took over responses
  • Gave catering its own page, its own structured data and its own profile service entries

What we measure

  • Contribution margin by item, refreshed as ingredient prices move
  • Catering inquiries attributed to source
  • Review count and velocity against three named local competitors

Case 03 · Shopify, national shipping

Wholesale apparel brand

A business to business blank apparel seller running Google and Meta ads with reporting spread across four platforms and nobody able to answer a simple sales question quickly.

What we found

  • Answering "what did we sell last weekend versus the weekend before" took a person and most of an afternoon
  • Ad reporting and store reporting lived in separate places, so spend and revenue were never in the same view
  • No conversational path on the site for buyers asking about stock, price breaks and shipping speed

What we changed

  • Connected Shopify, GA4 and the ad platforms into one natural language query layer, so questions get answered in seconds
  • Rebuilt conversion tracking so ad spend and store revenue sit side by side
  • Deployed a site assistant trained on the actual product catalogue, price breaks and shipping policy

What we measure

  • Return on ad spend by campaign, against real store revenue
  • Time from question to answer, which was the original complaint
  • Assistant conversations that end in a quote request

Why are there no percentages on this page?

Because the clients have not approved publishing their numbers yet, and inventing them is the single fastest way to lose a business. What is written here is the work itself, which is verifiable in a screen share. Ask on the call and we will walk you through a live account with the client's permission.

Can I speak to a current client?

Yes, at the right point. We ask before handing out somebody's phone number, so reference calls happen once a conversation is serious rather than on first contact.

Will you do an audit before I commit?

Yes. The first month pilot is $297 and includes the full audit. The findings are yours in writing whether or not you continue, including if the honest conclusion is that you do not need us.

Ask to see a live account

On a twenty minute call we will open a real dashboard, with the client's permission, and show you the reporting rather than a slide about it.
