Know what your competitors changed before your customers tell you
Competitor Benchmarking watches the businesses ranking above you and reports what moved every week: rankings, review counts, new photos, posts, promotions, menu and pricing changes, hours, and new service pages.
You react to a competitor's move in days instead of finding out a quarter later.
What it does
The part that changes your week

- Review velocity comparison, which is the single best predictor of who wins the map pack next quarter
- Promotion tracking, so you know when the shop down the road drops a discount
- Feeds directly into what we publish and post for you next

Straight answers
Competitor Benchmarking, answered
How do you pick which competitors to track?
We start with whoever actually ranks above you for the searches that produce revenue, not the businesses you think of as rivals. Those two lists are usually different.
How many competitors are included?
Three on Starter, five on Growth, more on Agency Partner. Tracking more than five rarely changes a decision.
Is this scraping their private data?
No. Everything tracked is public: their listing, their reviews, their site, their posts. It is the same information any customer sees, collected consistently and compared over time.
