Industries
Three categories, worked deeply enough to be useful
A generalist agency has to ask you where the money goes. In these three we already know, which is why the first month produces findings instead of questions.
Restaurants
More covers, more catering, and a menu that protects your margin
Restaurants get sold social media posts. What actually moves a restaurant is being found on Google when someone is hungry nearby, being chosen over the four other options in the map pack, and knowing which items are carrying the P&L.
- ProblemYou are invisible on the searches that matter. "Mediterranean near me" and "halal catering Tampa" are decided in the map pack. If your profile is thin, you never enter the consideration set.
- ProblemThird party delivery is eating the margin. A 30 percent commission changes which items should even be on the delivery menu. Most operators list the same menu at the same prices and lose money on their best sellers.
- ProblemCatering is the profit and nobody is working it. Catering and party trays usually carry the best margin in the building and get the least marketing attention.
- ProblemNobody knows which item is actually profitable. The item that sells most and the item that earns most are rarely the same, and without plate costing you cannot tell them apart.
Home services
Your ad budget is fine. Your booking rate is the problem.
In home services the money is lost in three places: calls that ring out, calls that get answered badly, and Local Services Ads leads you were charged for and never disputed. We measure all three before touching your budget.
- ProblemCalls ring out after hours and nobody counts them. The 6pm burst pipe call goes to voicemail. That is a booked job for whoever answered instead. Most shops have no idea how many of these they lose a month.
- ProblemLSA charges for leads that were never yours. Wrong service, out of area, spam and wrong numbers are all creditable. The credit only happens if the dispute is filed properly and quickly.
- ProblemGoogle is optimizing toward calls, not revenue. Without offline conversion imports the bidding chases call volume. Call volume and booked revenue are very different things.
- ProblemThe CSR conversation decides everything. Two people answering the same phone can book at very different rates. Without transcripts and scoring you cannot coach that.
Dental and med spa
New patient acquisition measured by procedure, not by form fill
A cleaning and an implant case are not the same lead, and an agency reporting on form fills cannot tell you which one it produced. We track new patient calls by procedure intent and report on the ones worth having.
- ProblemLead reports do not distinguish a cleaning from a case. Cost per lead is meaningless when one lead is worth $150 and another is worth $4,500. Call transcripts fix this.
- ProblemFront desk conversion is unmeasured. New patient calls are won or lost at the front desk. Without transcripts and scoring, nobody knows the booking rate.
- ProblemReviews decide the choice and are left to chance. Patients pick on rating, count and recency. Most practices ask inconsistently or not at all.
- ProblemInsurance questions kill calls. The single most common reason a new patient call ends without booking. It is a scripting problem, and it is fixable.
Straight answers
Industries, answered
Why only three industries?
Because a plumbing account and a restaurant account fail for different reasons, and knowing which reason applies is most of the value. Taking every category would mean guessing in most of them.
My business is none of these. Can you still help?
Sometimes. Any local business that gets found on Google, gets called and gets reviewed shares the same mechanics. If it is a category we do not know, we will say so rather than learn on your budget.
Do you work with med spas and other appointment businesses?
Yes, they run on the same build as dental: procedure level tracking, front desk call scoring, reviews and local search.
