What this page covers

This describes how Valuelytics Inc. handles information collected through valuelyticsinc.com and through the accounts we manage for clients.

What we collect from this website

If you submit the contact form we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the industry and service you selected, and whatever you typed in the message field. We also record the page you came from and your browser user agent, which helps us understand which page produced the enquiry.

This site does not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. Font files are served from this domain rather than from a third party, so loading a page here does not make a request to another company.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and to prepare for a call. Contact form submissions are delivered to our own inbox and to our automation account. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.

Client account data

When you become a client we access platforms you already own, such as Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta and your website. Access is granted by you and can be revoked by you at any time. We do not take ownership of your accounts and we do not move them into an agency container you cannot leave.

Where call recording is part of the service, calls are announced at the start because Florida requires all-party consent. Recordings and transcripts are stored in the call tracking platform under your account.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to two years so we can recognise you if you come back, then deleted. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus the period required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email fahd@valuelyticsinc.com and we will action it. If you are covered by a state privacy law that gives you additional rights, tell us and we will honour them.

Changes

If this changes materially we will update the date below and, for active clients, tell you directly.
