Measure the end of the funnel, not the middle
Impressions and clicks are inputs. Booked jobs and confirmed orders are the output. If a report does not end in the output, it is describing effort rather than result.
About
Valuelytics is run by Fahd Lahrech out of New Tampa. There is no account manager layer, no junior executing off a brief, and no internal handoff between the person who understood your business and the person who touches your account.
Background
The name is not decoration. Valuelytics means value through analytics, and the work started from the measurement side rather than the creative side.
Alongside the agency, Fahd works in healthcare operations on process improvement: finding where a system leaks time and money, and fixing the step rather than pushing harder on the whole process. That is the same discipline applied here. A marketing account is a process with a conversion rate at every stage, and the biggest gains are almost never at the stage everyone is looking at.
Before Tampa there was a teaching relationship with the British University in Dubai. Explaining a system clearly to somebody who has to use it turns out to be most of client work.
Valuelytics serves Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Wesley Chapel, Lutz and the rest of the Tampa Bay area, with particular depth in the Mediterranean, halal and Middle Eastern food business community across Florida.

How we work
Impressions and clicks are inputs. Booked jobs and confirmed orders are the output. If a report does not end in the output, it is describing effort rather than result.
Broken conversion tracking makes an ad account worse over time, because the bidding is being trained on the wrong signal. Nothing gets scaled until the measurement is right.
If your budget is too low for the market, if the problem is your phone rather than your ads, or if you do not need what you asked for, you hear it on the first call rather than in month four.
The portal, the call scoring, the cost tools and the competitor tracking exist because the off the shelf versions could not answer the question a client was actually asking.
The honest version
Three things, and it is worth knowing them before you decide.
For a local business that needs its listing fixed, its phone measured, its reviews working and its ads pointed at booked revenue, none of those three are the constraint.
Straight answers
It is a real question and worth asking. The honest answer is that a solo operator has a hard ceiling on client count and no bench. What you get in exchange is that nothing is delegated to someone learning on your account, decisions happen in minutes rather than in a weekly internal meeting, and the software gets changed when you need it changed. We cap the client list rather than hire our way past it.
Automations keep running, reporting keeps generating and reviews keep getting requested, because those are systems rather than tasks. Anything needing a decision waits, and you are told in advance when that window is.
Few enough that every account gets real attention. When the list is full, we say so and give you a date rather than take the money and stretch.
Because local marketing is a local knowledge business. Knowing which suburbs actually convert, which community organizations drive catering orders, which service areas are worth bidding on and which competitors are real is not something you get from a national dashboard.
