01Your Google profile uses two of its ten categories
Google has separate categories for Halal restaurant, Shawarma restaurant, Falafel restaurant, Lebanese, Palestinian, Caterer and more. Most profiles we audit stop at two. Every missing category is a search you never show up for.
02"Halal near me" goes to the place down the street
People search by dish and by certification: shawarma near me, halal catering, kunafa near me. The map pack decides who gets that order, and it reads your categories, your menu and the words customers use in your reviews.
03Delivery apps take 30 percent off your best sellers
Your mixed grill platter and your family tray are probably your highest margin items in the dining room and your worst ones on delivery. Same menu, same prices, on every app, is money left on the table.
04Catering carries the margin and nobody is working it
Ramadan iftars, Eid, weddings, mosque events and office lunches book weeks out. Most restaurants we see have no catering page, no catering entry on Google and no follow up after the first order.
